I worked in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and North Dakota conducting internet speed tests via wireless modem and performed 911 verifications for digital and analog and also tested network handoffs.

I was a Tech Testing 4G LTE for ATT utilizing TEMS 13.1. Worked 4G LTE project for ATT in Alaska and Virginia. I also tested UMTS, and 4G Volte technologies for Metro PCS in Florida.

 

Numerous short term part time projects, March 2010-May 2012. Projects lasted 2 days to 6 weeks. Including but not limited to drive testing and UE testing smart phone devices.

 

4G Communications, Inc. June, Sept 2009-March 2010, E 911 Drive Testing for Metro PCS and limited ATT 911 testing. Michigan, Boston, New Jersey, Philadelphia and many more metro markets: Calibration and validation, site survey, and actual 911 calls to PSAPS. Conducted detailed site surveys, compliance testing, PSAP drive testing, and E911 Calibration testing.  Tested CDMA and GSM networks while utilizing all Microsoft Office products for data presentation, post processing and evaluation of system performance  utilizing numerous GPS and mapping software.

 

Mobilecom Professionals,Sprint/Nextel                                      August 2008-February 6 2009

Worked mostly in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, California - Collected, Post Processed and Delivered E911/RF Drive Test Data using the Andrew INVEX 3G Measurement system and the ZK-SAM Drive Test Equipment for 7 months. Responsible for setup, configuration and issue resolution of Test Equipment with regular maintenance and replacement of the Invex 3 G hardware modules. Other duties including but not limited to were to assist Transmission Engineer in determining alternate paths if necessary. Also did Rehome Cell phone network testing and troubleshooting in which I Tested towers nationwide. I also Made data uploads to Lead Technician at least daily and Maintained daily contact with Lead Technician. The duties performed required an Ability to prioritize and work independently. I also have Extensive use of Delorme, Streets and trips and other GPS map software.

Drive Tester Nationwide.

I did extensive drive testing coast to coast including but not limited to E911 cell phone network testing for Alcatel/Lucent-ATT in addition to Rehome Cell phone network testing and troubleshooting. I also tested cell networks nationwide from state and national capitol buildings to Gumas Island via ferry and sites on top of Vail/Beaver Creek Mountains etc… I also conducted map studies, located sites, and planned routes to sites while I made data uploads to Lead Technician daily.

 

RighTech                                                                                               November 2006-May 2007

Denver Colorado and San Francisco Markets. I performed Position testing for E911 systems testing cell phone towers for Cingular utilizing GPS and other telecommunications equipment. I utilized and gained experience using TEMS, GSM, and NETMON technologies. I Performed E911 Drive testing for CDMA networks that included  site surveys, compliance testing, PSAP drive testing, and E911 Calibration testing. I also developed drive routes and maps for efficient testing.  Performed E911 testing to support GSM, BSC Rehomes, RNC Rebalance, UMTS Switch Re-home, and UMTS switch turn-up and TDMA decommissioning, E911 accuracy drive testing, and GSM Optimization drive testing. I was able to work independently with little to no supervision while working as part of a team. I also managed all travel arrangements myself and Made data uploads to Lead Technician daily.

Started a successful errand service out of my home. I transported individuals to a variety of destinations including but not limited to work, school, Dr. appointments, shopping, etc. My main clients were folks living in “Sober Homes.” These clients had extensive needs to be transported to jobs, AA meetings, probation/parole meetings, etc. These appointments were numerous and very critical for timely and regular attendance by my clients. I also held a number of temporary positions with Addeco Employment Services in Phoenix AZ. while starting this small business. 

 

US Bank Operations Mgr.                                                                                  April 2000-June 2002.

I administered managed and implemented numerous marketing programs for US Banks financial sales call center in Minneapolis Minnesota. I successfully managed a very diverse team of 15-30 sales reps. The team consistently beat sales goals. I also started the new COA (change of address) customer service sales program. My team averaged over 50% sales numbers while the original sales projections were around 2- 12 % projected for various programs and the newly created COA program.
